about what is Stratum Mining Proxy and what is the adv and disadv?

so actually i found some experience saying that using Stratum Mining Proxy will increase the share accepted and be more stable plus using less internet speed. so is that true?

besides that, if they are many people who connect to my Stratum what are the benefits i will get?  commission?

and to have a Stratum Mining Proxy what do i need? high hasrate? 1-2rig can?

and is that any best Stratum Mining Proxy you are using? can you let me know which are good?
