Dear TimtheYoutuber, we are definitely following the guidelines. We have double checked this law a couple of times while writing our business plan. However, the social media accounts that we use are not celebrities. They are accounts based on sports, quotes, funny videos etc. Our social media entrepeneurs have made them a few years back and grew the followers organically!

The rates are really difficult for a marketing service in my opinion. I have experience with marketing services and we basically never have standard rates. We will look at an ICO, research it, look at what social media platforms will be the best for that particular ICO etc. So, for different ICO's we will have different rates. I hope I explained it well enough.
Since we are a pretty new company, in the near future we will have some price classes and indications!
