You should probably provide more information if you expect people to proactively approach you for purchase.  There are hundreds of coins, and new coins are launching every day... it takes a lot to cut through the noise.  My first question is... how are you different than Diamond Coin that's already on exchanges and has been available since 2014?

Usually when you create a new coin you'll launch it here so that we can all participate. If you want to then keep a pre-mine to yourself. 1%-2% is typically acceptable here.

If you want to be successful here is what I suggest.

Announce your coin and when it will launch. Give people a maximum of 2 days to get ready. Any more is too long we will forget.

Launch at the right time, have a pool ready for the miners and have links to everything people need to get started. Wallet, miner programs, github source (exchanges will need this). etc.. Just look at some of the threads here for new coins and you'll see what works and what doesn't.
