WARNING - A phishing site purported from Slack channel

I got this email and screenshot it for you all to beware.

A lot of cases where such phishing attempt has stolen tons of money from innocent (gullible or otherwise, I don't wish to judge) people and I hope this recent email I just received will help you guys to stay away from it.

The official site is myetherWALLET, not myetherWAILLET.

It seems that it's not the first time of phishing attempt on MyEtherWallet users. Even the real MyEtherWallet.com site is aware of this and posted a warning message on their page. Don't just trust easy clickable links. Users MUST always check on the URL of any sites they are visiting to confirm if it's legit or not to be safe. Be careful folks!

Jeezz it would be hard to notice, most of us do a skim read so I myself at first wouldn't notice this I letter that they have put in there. We have to be more careful, this is one of the main things which I think are causing the cryptocurrency to not express it self in the best light. Not many people care and they would rather trust a 3rd party with their funds.

Ok thank you op for sharing this info into us so we can be aware of this pishing sites that are circulating now,so thats what the note for in myetherwallet main site that there are some and here is some proofs

These guys are really sneaky, there is subtle differences in the domain names and people do not even look twice when they get these messages.

Greed takes over and they just CLICK away. Next thing you know your wallet is empty and you have just become a victim of a Phishing scam.  I

always type my URL's for the sites I use. {never use auto complete}

I got similar message from SONM slack yesterday and today got another message from MONACO slack but body of this message looks quite different.

I suggest everyone to remain alert about these types of scam attempts going on slack channel of every projects right now. Don't click any link posted on slack channels.
