I have dropped the number of rigs I am running and will no longer need the 2nd board I ordered.  

I have the board and all the connectors and telephone cords along with US power supply.

I will leave here for a couple days before throwing on Ebay.

These are out of stock for at least another 2 weeks and then you will have to wait several weeks for them to ship from Poland.
