I deposited onto Gemini a week ago, they were down for some sort of service for the last 24 hours, then they came back up and now even though my deposit has been cleared I can't move the money to an exchange.
I tried to withdraw to an exchange, then it got stuck in some sort of pending order.
I tried calling the only phone number on the site, but it doesnt even seem to be a correct number. I've emailed support several times. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to take my cleared deposit off of pending order and send it to an exchange?
