If they can attract investors to buy their tokens, it will affect the price of their tokens to increase. But this is the same as creating a pump and eventually it will dump again following market conditions. IMO

This could cause a short term pump but in this weak market, may not be too much. This was over $1 on listing after ICO so is cheap like most other ICOs.
