Where we see what will be going to happen on 1st Aug 2017. SegWit, BIP148, UASFs, and UAHF

And I still din't transfer my btc from exchange to Electrum wallet. Up to which date I have to transfer my BTC from blockhain.info to Electrum wallet.

i dont know anything about where you can see what will be happening. but you should not do any transaction before 12 hour of 1 august  and you should continue doing it untill you find that everything has been ok from a reliable source .

General advice is, don't do transactions around 1st Aug.
Well you can, but there is a risk that they can dissapear (land on minority chain).

You will not be able to see what will happen, except those who do the work, the market like bittrex now does not allow us WD our coins, maybe from where you can see what happens

You are right, people are just scared and dont know what is going on ....

Just to be safe 29-30 tranfer your bitcoin to a wallet that you can do a backup of your privatekey or you can just put your bitcoin in to a alt coin like ETH.

Then 2-3 august just take your btc back.

No stay away from Ethereum, you would be much better off just to transfer your coins to a service or wallet { Hardware or

software }, where you have control over your private keys. People will try to influence other people to sell their bitcoins to

buy other Alt coins, but that would be stupid. Alt coins is no safe haven to protect your Bitcoin investment.
