Hope someone can enlighten me about this. I would really appreciate some explanation.

I sent .0116 btc from my electrum wallet to my other wallet.
But only .006 btc arrived to my recipient wallet (3ERV64cT8Vv3DzW8b2ZrEsqRjbXjgsNsyv).
When i checked, the other .005 btc went to an unknown
public address (1NfXdxiiq82gHL9frsxPAMDPUZZ8xsMBcA).
Why is that? Is there a way i can claim that .005 btc?
