If you openly ask for buying accounts like this,you can get flagged and also chances are someone will scam you.Please use marketplace section of forum to find some good account.Do not forget to use escrow while dealing with anyone

Just simply wait for 1.5 months or hire someone who willing to post your ANN thread (sorry i'm not interested if you offer me).

Though I personally don't support buying and selling of accounts, but since that is nothing banned in the forum and in fact has a dedicated child board for buying and selling accounts, I would advice you to move your thread here:
Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Goods > Digital goods > Invites & Accounts
Perhaps you may get find a seller if you browse through the topics and may not even have to post a WTB thread.
