Perhaps they have already made up their minds and are helping out their buddies with an older solution (hence SWIFT not addressing real-time payments), but for PR reasons, need to go through all of this.

I am skeptical that the FED will choose a new solution. THEY create the solution.

As you can tell, I am trying to be unbiased here and not raise hope. If it happens, then the gravy train is on its way!

I also get he idea people think that XRP will start settling domestic payments as well? I mean, Ripple, sure, but we don't need XRP to settle same currency ledger adjustments do we? So, domestic is sort of null, right? *scratches head*
