Yeah it does look like a scam coin to me too. It has no trade yet and it is available for trade at only one exchange called viaBTC which i have never heard of.
It has no active feeds on social media and all of this indicates us that it is a new coin. Since there is no information about this coin it looks like it has been made just to scam the people.
Edit: Since its not launched officialy yet, I think it may not be a scam and we should for it to take a move and then make any judgements.

These are scams as far as I can tell... The initial release of that coin is scheduled on August 1. They may have listed it earlier than planned in order to advertise it... Any coins similiar/same as this one on the exchanges are falsy ones and should be avoided...
