EDIT:  The scammer IconicExpert has been kicked off of the LibertyCoin team.  He hasn't been a marketer or moderator there for days now.  The real LibertyCoin developer is a young guy with a great idea, a brand with huge potential, and I think a great vision for it.  FWIW, I'm once again excited to have a very modest stake in LibertyCoin, and I'm buying more.

Yeah, people have been complaining for a long time about post deletions there.  Coin seemed to have potential, so I went along for the ride, hoping for the best.  I don't post much or really care much about most of what is said anyway.  I won't go so far as to make an accusation, but based on the posts of mine LibertyCoin deleted, I can't help but wonder if he's not playing the fud and pump side.    Whatever, censorship seems incongruous for someone called LibertyCoin.

It would be one thing if I was being an obnoxious troll, but apparenty I crossed the line when I pointed out that only fools follow the pump or the FUD.  Or maybe it was my comment about IconicExpert's being a stupid name  for a promoter?  Maybe IconicExpert is LibertyCoin?  Maybe LibertyCoin is too stupid to realize that having someone with a douchey name like IconicExpert act as your promoter can't be that good for your image?  Or maybe he's smart and is trying to attract stupid  suckers?  Whatever, I'm done supporting LibertyCoin in any way.  When it's good for me, I'm out.

the whole thing is a sham with devs who dont respond, nobody knows whats going on, they launched as anon and they still dont have anon..i think lot of people gonna lose money over this, but most of the posts with critics in it are getting deleted..

Yup anything not pro xlb will be deleted. Its crazy. I literally cannot believe people will put their trust and their cash in hands like troiste and iconic and the devs who just write "lol" and not update anyone on what they are working on.

I guess i would do the exact same thing these days launching a coin. With all that negativity and fights between coins and their followers. If one doesn't like that policy don't invest, move on. I have invested in coins of "nice" devs that let anything happen to their projects and nothing fucked me more than those investments (grain, frozen after takeover).

And that Scam thread seems just as fishy to me as the accusations made in it. those pool pictures are from the pos fase not the pow mining fase with lots of GHs and miners at the time. I mean c'mon. new account.

I don't get that whole premine crying anyway, be it dark, lyberty or any other coin . do you complain about zuckerberg owning 50 % of facebook?. He build that shit.
If i think  a coin has the potential to make me rich i don't care if it makes someone else even richer, specially if its the person or team puttin in the work. you expect the same rewards as the devs for making 2 mouseclicks in a mining pool or exchange? thats what i would consider a Scam.

I don't know how many xlb be IE has but i hope its alot. he can become the next bill gates as long as he makes me a "just" a millionaire on the way  Wink

that name alone is good enough for ten mil marketcap so they would be stupid to stop here, i don't think they will. they know they are onto something big, planned or by accident.

No one in here is crying about premine.  If I were ever to release a coin, I would very likely premine a certain amount of it and be upfront about it.  I do think a coin dev should be the first to profit from his work, as long as he's not being dishonest and cheating people.

The issue I raised in this thread is a suspicious lack of transparency.  There is a pattern to what is going on in the LibertyCoin thread, and other threads as well.  Now IconicExpert is touting himself as the new lead developer of XLB.  I wouldn't be at all surprised if he has been the dev, or one of the devs all along.

The thing that bothers me most about IconicExpert (besides his asinine name--InfantileEgo?) is that he misappropriated the funds of BlackCoin supporters.  Said he was donating it to charity, instead of the purpose for which it had been donated.  Yeah right.  That is bullshit, no matter how you slice it.   IE has not made made it right.  If LibertyCoin is not IconicExpert, then he would have to be an idiot to hand over the PR of his coin to someone with a taint like that on them.  The more I read what's going on over there, the more it sounds to me like a sock-puppet-fest.

At least 5 or 6 of the posters in the thread are actually IE himself.  And IE has serious mental issues.

Wouldn't surprise me.  Now he's supposedly off the project.  The drama continues.

Oh noes, I'm banded from the LibertyCoin ANN thread. Roll Eyes  You know, because it's all about openness now that InfinitesimalErection is gone.

Watching what they are doing to that coin is like watching a junkie trade a stolen Bentley for an 8-ball.

The the Dev was never honest to begin with. It had a bad history before the relaunch which got carried over to the new coin and it still carries on. Good luck gentlemen
