I was testing Coinbase recently and was planning to deposid some bigger money to buy 2-3 BTC.

THen i found this topic about Coinbase and now i dont know if it can be trusted?

What do you think about this and can you recommend something else?

People say there is no customer service and robots answer messages ;/

I need a service where i can exchange bcn to euro and withdraw to my euro account.

I doubt the team will leave that scam accusation without fixing that issue but overall, they are a legit company and to be trusted. If you want some alternatives then you have Kraken, Bistamp, BTC-E and many others. If you are planning to use fiat though, you will have to make an ID verification which could take sometime.
