- a wire transfer, regardless of receiving country bank if region is covered

Maybe because the question has been asked a million times before, is barely at all comprehensible in the first place and is in the wrong section?

As far as I know, you can withdraw those currencies from most of the major exchanges, including Bitstamp; Coinbase and GDAX; and a pretty large selection of others.

Some exchanges (notably Bitfinex) are finding it hard to deal with US customers due to US hostility to some foreign companies like BTC-e, in which case you could just take a SEPA transfer when you're in Europe.

so regardless of where i am ...these  sites will deal with major currencies .



if some poster can lead me to the right direction ,what's possibly the  best  exchange that would work  in the middle-east with this advantage?
