Hosting 60$ per KW in EU

Would like to know if anybody might be interested in hosting at 60$ per KW in eastern europe. Customers outside EU will be also able to transfer hardware without paying VAT.

I guess you are talking about Romania or Bulgaria as those two are the cheapest EU countries. But what about the security of the mining equipment? Because in both countries robberies are very common.
