Hi all,
I'm a relative newbie to crypto.
On July 15th I transferred a little Bitcoin I had on Bit panda exchange to a mobile Jaxx wallet.

The BTC showed up immediately in my Jaxx wallet, but has been reading "unconfirmed" since then, just over two weeks now.
I think it gave me three options for a fee and I picked the middle one.

The BTC no longer appear on my Bit panda account, and I am not so sure how to proceed. I understand I can't spend the Bitcoin until it is confirmed.

Here is a "transaction reference" link that Bit panda shows me: https://blockchain.info/tx/a7e979f1eafdb5d09508271140c9e2687a353d872b32ba70d6675ec19b28a33f

Not quite sure if that helps.

I transferred ETH and LTC from Coinbase with no such problems.

I'd be really grateful for any advice on this.

Many thanks!

Looks like the problem is only with Jaxx not updating the tx status, since your transaction seems to be confirmed already.

You could try:

1 - Reset the Jaxx Cache on settings.
2 - Reinstall Jaxx and import your wallet with the backup phrase.

Thanks Ninja!
Resetting the cache worked!
All well now.

Thank you so much for the suggestion.
