Hi, I deleted the 2FA app from my phone, so I cannot send BTC´s stored in my windows  Electrum wallet.
I tried creating a new wallet and used the seed words to restore, that works fine and I can see the coins again, but of course it wants the 2FA to send them.
Is there any way to generate the QR code again, or what can I do?

I don't think you can recover the old 2FA code, you would need to create an entirely new 2FA wallet. This should be possible during the new wallet creation with the seed though. Otherwise, you should be able to restore the seed as a normal wallet without 2FA and spend them appropriately.

Thank you, problem is solved although rather counter intuitive.

You start creating a new wallet and say yes to making it a 2FA. Then you tell it you already have the seed phrase, and type that in. Then when asked again if you want 2FA you say no this time, and then it correctly creates a wallet with your funds and you can now send them on without 2FA.
