You may have heard of the line "I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a Hamburger today". Turning that on its head you get I will gladly provide you a hamburger Tuesday for payment today or(pre selling).

Although a particular product here is implied, as we know fiat allows the government to borrow against future tax revenues, so here is the idea borrowed from the great depression and updated with the blockchain.. I create, mine and sell ZEITGEIST( spirt of the times) ZGT coins. Each ZGT is backed by my time lets say 1 ZGT is worth 1 minute of my time. I sell 100,000 ZGT at say €0.60. However I won't offer to redeem the ZGT for my labour immediately. Instead I promise to offer the labour in exchange for the ZGT( in the future) There is a lock up on redemption  for three years which is time I use to invest in myself, (learn to sell, get more experience abroad, learn other languages,in demand skills, set up side gig , build out my own startup ideas/experiment.  As I become more valuable my hourly rate increases but a ZGT is still worth one minute.  So if you expect I can achieve great thing you can gain arbitrage by hiring me cheaply now or by buying the ZGT then cashing it in or buy subcontracting my (future) services.
You can profit from my personnel development skills.

Of course during the lockup period the ZGT can be traded between others swapped for bitcoin or other altcoins, have an ICO.

If you are/were active on Steem you may recognise this as a simplified derivative of my original hourly proposal, that allows you to swap labour and sponsor peoples personnel development in return for a cut of their future revenue.
Original test.
