Many types of company, tech based, service based as well as product based has launched their ICO. But I don't know what virtual companies are.
Thank you. Sorry yeah I meant in terms of companies offering virtual products. So there have been ICOs where the companies have offered a physical service or product in return for the tokens/coins? Pretty much running a crowdfunding like kickstarter?
The companies backing their coins with precious metals probably wouldn't be considered tech companies in the traditional sense of the word.
I saw the Paquarium one where they're doing profit sharing but also saying the tokens will be able to be used at the aquarium to make purchases. It's more I wanted to find out if a company has just ever outright said buy X amount of token and it can be exchanged for said product?
