BCN deposit and withdrawal option have been disabled on poloniex and only people that mine it can sell but your payment choices are reversible method and not good for irreversible currency.

Because of this, i found it from poloniex

  BCN is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the BCN team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling.

I think it also same with other exchange sites.

BCN was one of the many altcoins that I am still holding until now, you can easily but it in Poloniex
and you can always buy cheap now as it has gone down below 100 sats already.
After the Fork price will rise again together with the other altcoins like DGB and SIACOIN that has increase in the past.

How much is the price of a million BCN , and how is the exchange process ?

1 BCN is equal with 47 sats now. It means 1 millions BCN should be worth around 0.47 btc.
Just deposit your btc in a exchange site, then buy BCN with your btc
