Which one of the ASIC miners that are in the process of being developed are likely to be released first? Or within the next few Weeks / Month. Terrahash? KNCminer? I would just like to prepare my Pre-order.

You are too late to pre-order.
No miner you buy right now will be profitable.
Difficulty will be too high by the time you get your pre-order.
Your best bet would to buy discrete Avalon chips and have someone assemble them into a miner for you. You are most likely to break even that way.
Even better idea is to just buy ASICMiner shares on bitfunder (they pay a dividend).
