You can read thread about posting interval with in every account accounts. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177133.0 and it affects the posting activity and PM also.

If your rank is low, the distance of time to be able to post is very long, if your rank goes up then the distance of time to be able to make posts will be shorter

So it may be a bug in the forum software.

Same reason why i dont post too much beacause of that so called error..maybe try to post every single day. 1post per day i mean so that you can minimize the problem.
