Hello,

I am the co-founder of esportbets.io a full crypto betting site with both pool and fixed betting odds --- 7 games supported. We invested around $15,000 into security, algorithms and development and it's time to make it a bit bigger.

We were thinking about 15 Ethereum for 5% of the equity but we are open to negotiations. 25% of the equity is open.

You should start by proving things you've claimed.  Your traffic stats do not support having 5,000 users.  :/

There is a possibility that we can offer 51% of the equity to a partner that shows real interest and we can keep the development and idea moving forward with him in control, but that's just a maybe.

51% of equity?   Why such an odd number?

51% of equity?   Why such an odd number?...

When you have (a) business partner(s) you usually share 50/50 but sometimes it's different because a person doesn't contribute at the same level (whatever it's about the hours spent, the capital, etc)...
The 1% makes a big difference legally. The partner becomes the majority owner and manager of the company with all the responsibilities that come with it.

Or it's a joke with a 51% attack Grin

I understand the 51% ownership part - I'm curious why the OP didn't use the correct term.  An equity share is not the same as an ownership share.

Every corporation I've ever bought into has a different share class for investors and owners.  I guess it could be different where he/she comes from.   I take back that question, but still ask the OP to prove claims he has made.

We are developers, we don't offer any official equity but a special investor account where you see all the website profit and if you buy at least 10% also the source code and cpanel access to feel secure.

Nothing like an official contract, crypto and anonymity is what we prefer.

So, as a newbie, you are asking for a large amount, you want to be anonymous without legal obligation, and you won't prove anything you've said?

Negative trust left.

Why don't you whitelabel Degens which is a blockchain sports betting exchange built on ethereum? The code has already been built and has been live since 2017.

What?

You could whitelabel our smart contract technology, and tranform into a non custodial solution which we believe is the future. Check Degens.com

I am going to ignore this. This has too many complications and chances of being wrong/cheated. Good luck to you as you already received 2 investors as said by you and good luck to those investors as they really need it.
