0.96.0 nor 0.96.1 db seem to be syncing. HELP!

I am currently rebuilding Bitcoin Core database

What would be the best course of action to have Armory sync properly?  my passphrase is forgotten and dont have a paper backup.  I know, incredibly dumb mistakes but this was when i first downloaded Armory 6 months ago and forgotten and didnt know how to properly manage a btc wallet.  I appreciate any assistance.

Delete your Armory DB, start from the top.
