First you have to figure out what algo you prefer to mine..then get the best hardware for it. If you dont want to pay premium price for hardware then you have to wait...

If you dont know anything about mining then start reading about it before doing anything...you should know what youre doing. This forum is best place to start...there are hundreds of people like you already asked this question...just look for their threads! nothing comes for free.

Depends on your hardware.
With little knowledge, go to nicehash and connect your miners.
Thus, you can figure out slowly what to do next!

I guess this pretty much depends on which GPU cards you have? Are they AMD or Nvidia GPU's? Current wisdom says that AMD is better at ETH/ETC mining (Ethash) and Nvidia better at ZEC/ZenCash coins (Equihash). Then there are a number of other coins. A lot of coins you can mine on Nvidia with CCminer is better to mine with Nvidia cards.

I seem to get pretty good hashing with my Nvidia cards on Etc as well as ZEC, so currently I alternate between them.

It would be great to hear if there are specific coins that favors Nvidia cards to a high degree - I would like to target those coins. If anybody can give some pointers?

My suggestion is to build a computer with a mid range graphic card like GTX1060 6GB / AMD RX 580 and mine some new altcoins. With some luck, those altcoins that u have mined would be worth a ton and it would make u rich.
