Hello,

As many people are aware (as I see the comments on their FAQ page https://bitmainhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/221001967-Why-my-order-hasn-t-been-confirmed-even-after-payment-?mobile_site=true), there are some ordering issues with the latest D3 batch from Bitmain, but I haven't found any information that could assure me that my order will be processed, because it seemed to be stuck somehow as paying/expired (and now I can't see it at all under my Bitmain profile account).

I opened a ticket right after I made the payment (a week ago) which was addressed with an automatic response that asked me to wait several days for the payment to be confirmed in order to validate my order, but no answer that could assure me that my order is properly processed.

I want to know if there were this kind of issues in the past, but the orders were honored properly. Did somebody experienced similar issues but their orders were confirmed and shipped eventually?

Happens all the time and is usually resolved successfully

Mine @ pools that pay Tx fees & don't mine empty blocks :: kanopool :: ckpool ::
Should bitmain create LPM for all models?
