I'm willing to pay in BTC, and I need a good VCC provider to verify a trial website.

Is it google cloud? If yes, I have a solution for that.
If not, good luck finding another cc vendor.

Try ADVCASH, They offer VCC for only 0.50 cents without verification, and can be loaded with BTC. the VCC creation is almost instant. Can be used anywhere online.

Try uqiud.com. Works great! And they have plenty of methods to top-up
