Quark Core wallet loosing Coins

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone can help me. I transferred a bunch of Quark a couple weeks ago from my Quark Core wallet to a BTC38 address. The Quark Core wallet shows it was sent and confirmed. BTC38 has shown proof that the transaction never made it to them and the addresses are the same. I've emailed Quark to explain the problem and to get them to fix the issue. They won't respond to any of my emails. I've sent them proof in the form of screen shots for everything. Look out guys and girls!!!! I'm currently contacting a lawyer to see what can be done. I'm open to any other suggestions...
