how people know my email blog

a few week ago im jut build a blog......
and im not put my email there....
and im received so may spam for offering theme, logo etc to me...
and how they know my email...

no, i mean im not write my email in my blog.......
like in my contact section or anything else.
i know we must using email for signup.
