I think reaching $4000 this month seems to be a little early. We are expecting a pump but I think reaching that price is not on the list this month.

We expected the price in this situation and with another debate on November, we again expect another dump so the pump rally that is happening will be having it's halt that day. But I think after that, we can expect another good price pump from bitcoin.

If the T.V program economic in my country talking about the growth of Bitcoin in this week and have many predict the dream blue for Bitcoin, I will decision selling my Bitcoin before breakdown, the price of Bitcoin is very high and we don't know it can stable this price or not. So take profit before it breakdown is best choice

Its all about the price only and as expected it build and moving up. Even segwit2x activation has been and that pull up the value to 3.7k now. I predict the price will be touch to the next trademark value.

There're a lot of possibilites that can be happen about BTC price,
will it be like this or will it be like that.
but everything is possible,who knows what will happen if Segwit locked in ? it may be can hit $4000 in a day after activation or that date.
just remember,you will not lose anything unless you sell it.
even if tomorrow we will see a 'HUGE' dump,you will never lose it unless you sell it in that point.
just keep holding until you reach your goal and you will get what you deserve.

it's pointless for us to guess it all the time,
just make a proper strategy to double your Bitcoin and don't fear about it price,because no matter what will happen it will always hit another ATH in the future

I think the price won't find much to struggle with on its way to the $4000 level this or next month, but I don't see this being a sustainable price as long as we haven't completely dealt with everything related to the scaling aspect. I am fine with everything above the $3000 level, so there is absolutely no need for the market to rush things. On another note, reaching the $4000 level will be a psychological achievement rather than one that will leave everyone stunned -- from current levels it's just a sub 20% increase. Either cash out some profits, or keep holding your entire holdings.
