ACChain - tangible assets digitised?

Hi,
has anyone heard of ACChain (Asset Collection Chain)?

It defines itself as a Cryptocurrency with the goal of digitising and liquifying any kind of tangible assets with instant transfer of the title of ownership.

What do you guys think about it? It's a Mainland Chinese company, with its source code referring to the IMF's SDR.
