Those guys are speculators.
They sell a right to buy. But there no bank wire options. It's more like a scam. You have less then hour to pay  this guy, revive all credentials and make a payment for asic. Too much unknown variables - easy to fail.

Its a full on scam with crypto payment especially.  And the balls to ask over 4btc for the right to buy something. Hahaha
