The operator of that websites runs a number of pools that always work very well for me.

Note that the website is in beta, so all trades are with fake funds.

I mine on Verns pools, and have never had a problem. And as stated previously, he did just complete his FinCen filing for the exchange. I have been beta testing it off and on when not busy elsewhere, and he has been on top of any issues that arise.
