So I applied for this dimcoin campaign thing on one of the forums. They haven't accepted me yet, but I used their code in my signature so that they will accept me. Does this make me their bitch or is this a good idea?

On one thought, I am being generous and going above and beyond. They won't have to wait for me to read that I've made it on the list to begin. It is convenient for them because they basically get free advertising.  Cheesy

On the other hand, yeah... I feel like a bitch. They may think "haha, what a sucker. We don't have to add him to the campaign since he'll do it for us for free while we get another Jr. Member."  Sad

I'm torn Bitcoin community. Please help.  Undecided

Please accept me dimcoin-advertisement people. Please! I desperately want $6ish or more per week in Bitcoin.  Kiss

Pretty much, yes.  Grin
But if you want to take a gamble, then go ahead, you don't really lose anything.
If they didn't say it is a requirement, then don't bother.

Lol. Somehow it looks like it. However if the chances of one getting accepted by putting their sig before their approval then i don't mind doing that as well.

Why does it make you a bitch? They don't benefit much from a single person anyway, especially from Jr members. Also, if they haven't responded after a few days it is likely that you're declined anyway, and you can take off the advertisement on your signature. Signature campaign managers never made promises that accepting in applications are guaranteed anyway.

My advice for you would just to post quality comments, whether or not you're a member of a signature campaign. It's gonna take time. It's alot easier to apply for campaigns when you're atleast above full member; not to mention Bitcointalk has too much newbie members and Jr members anyway from new users and account farmers/spammers, so expect alot of competition on that stage.
