The hopes and dreams of paquarium.....mega aquarium... whaaaa????

So every once in a while I run into a project like this.....on the one hand this seems useless.....on the other I kind of want to see this mega aquarium.....Noble yes but god does this seem like a waste of personal money.

So what do you guys think of this madness?

Seems impractical.  They're going to build an aquarium and share profits?? ICO funding says 20% - they're at 600k. Do they have a refund policy? There's no way to build the world's largest aquarium with 3mm.
