Unfortunately no card providers will issue a cryptocurrency funded card for residents of the USA; not because they don't want to, but because of restrictions imposed on card providers by the US government. There are some countries, including the States which do not allow financial institutions to provide a card not linked with any formal bank physically located in the country.
