Opinions on lbry

 So lbry has been publically available for a few weeks now. I haven't seen much talk about it. I'd like to get some opinions on the app and its potential.

It is still in beta, but I like the format. Do you think this format can challenge youtube?

I think it can but has lot's of work to do.
It is not very easy to search for video's in LBRY.
They need to address that in order to grow. It needs to be as userfriendly as YT

Yeah I think lbry has got a lot of potential, even YouTube at the start had growing pains. Definitely lots of work to be done but this is finally an altcoin with actual usage in the real world. Looks good to me

In my opinion LBRY has a HUGE potential but holding it's currency is very long-term investment

The search function is the biggest problem. The pause in loading isn't great but it's tolerable. I think access to content you want to find is priority 1.

Lots of work to be done, undervalued compared to other projects. There are projects that don't even have a beta that comes close to what lbry has. Great team of developers, no marketing skills though.

Right now I don't think so, it looks promising but it's not user friendly, it's quite hard to search for videos and it's pretty slow compared to youtube. This project needs a lot of work to be able to compete with youtube and I do agree the dev team are not that good with marketing. They need to work on that as well.

yeahhh agree that LBRY can challenge youtube. But I dont like about running of application, because it too heavy at running. but I dont know, maybe it depend from my personal computer

There is no a lot of people are interested with the project, But I will not believe it can challenge the youtube.

There is no a lot of movement in the chart, looks the coin gonna be a good to be the long-term investment. If you want to buy this coin and this is the bottom for lbry.

I think youtube is one of the most user friendly sites to watch videos.
Stuff is easy to find, channels easy to find.

In LBRY the front site is nice. But there must be tons of videos by now but haven't managed to browse very easily

that's my problem as well. Suggestions mostly suck and never change. I look in categories and find nothing, just no idea how to navigate.
