Perodically set MSI afterburner settings

I notice a problem with my 1080ti rigs. Every now and then, the miner crashes and restarts automatically. It's all good but GPU #0 always have its MSI afterburner settings reset to stock. Have anyone tried to make a batch file to apply afterburner profile settings every 10 mins?

I would love to know a solution to this - I have a similar issue. I've seen opening Afterburner with the argument '-Profile1' applies the profile on launch but I'm looking for a per card solution that I can trigger periodically.
