Poloniex will credit BCC on or before 8/14

We've received several inquiries about Bitcoin Cash (BCH) since the fork on 8/1/2017. Our hesitation to immediately support BCH or any other Bitcoin (BTC) derivative was and is born out of the desire to ensure the security of network operations and the safety of our users' tokens.

We will be crediting users who had BTC in their account balance at the time of the fork with matching BCH. We expect this to occur on or before 8/14/17. Keep in mind that we have not yet determined if we will be listing BCH as a market on Poloniex nor can we commit to supporting BCH withdrawals right away. The ability to withdraw BCH will depend on network stability which is completely outside of our control.

We appreciate everyone's patience on the matter.

It is good to hear that, poloniex is now working as ussual
All the FUD created during last two days made a lot of users do panic selling and withdraw and that is the reason why poloniex has lost volume.
by the way, i am happy that it is normal since i have some btc on lending section

It is a good news. Since poloniex have added ETC, they couldn't miss BCC either.

It is nice to hear that they will give the users their bch. I just hope they enable withdrawal immediately so that those who want to dump their bch can dump it before the price plummets.

It is great to know Poloniex is supporting BCC though it isn't right away but at least they also did their part on crediting BCC for those who had BTC left on their accounts. I truly appreciate this move they are making, at least we know they are working now as usual.

They should have sent BCC on 1.August to users like every other exchange did, not 14 days later because they did receive BCC on 1st.
Obviously they were not prepared for fork, this is just another big minus to them.
I don't understand how someone can say it is good news, yes, it is good news because they will send coins after all, but 14 days waiting? No, that is bad.

Finally they give a press release about BCH,i already suspect some of today's POLONIEX always do maintenace maybe because of this

Too late. I'm out of Poloniex, like many others, leaving to Bittrex. All this issues in the last Weeks and now this BCH handling was just too much.

Too late. I'm out of Poloniex, like many others, leaving to Bittrex. All this issues in the last Weeks and now this BCH handling was just too much.

Yes. I'm surprised that people stuck with Polo so long. I just hope Bittrex doesn't start to have problems due to a huge influx of customers.

Well, Polo comes with Trading Volume and a nice Interface. Bittrex could improve the chats.

Polo's trading volume is mainly because they allow margin trading. Bittrex doesn't allow it (but is a safer exchange). You pays your money and you takes your choice.
