Maybe they mean 1m stupid users (if any). You just need to check their telegram which only has no more than 1k members (including fake accounts), so I'm not sure of their claim.

If its suspicious to you then never tried to get a hand on it since this will totally give you a breakdown once they turn scam and for claiming that they have million users you can verify it for yourself like what the other users do and seems they are faking that user statistic and that's a big red flag to them.

So better avoid that site and never try to put your money there.
