Your problem is that your transaction is at the end of a chain of unconfirmed transactions... starting with this one:

Until all those other get confirmed, yours cannot... given that one has a 50 sat/byte and another an 11 sat/byte fee... and the network is very busy with recommended fees being 250-300+ sats/byte you could be waiting a while...

Almost the same problem as OP, thankfully only your second transaction is dependent on the first. I've submitted your first for acceleration. Once that confirms, the second one should happen on its own relatively quickly given its fee is more than 220 sats/byte.

Patience, my friend. Both transactions have now been confirmed. Your first one minutes after submitting for acceleration... it's pretty confounding that >110 sats per byte was unconfirmed after almost 20 hours.

The second one confirmed on its own in under an hour, just 7 blocks later just 14 minutes ago. As I said, the fees for 2nd one was sufficient and took care of itself. Try not to spend unconfirmed coins in future!

You do not have any problem. You do not have unconfirmed input or low tx fees. 150 sat/Byte is already large enough. Your tx will confirm in a few hours, just wait it out.

That's more than 24h I'm waiting, I know that 150 sat/byte should be enough, but seems that the mempool is being spammed again.

I hate slow and expensive tx...Will segwit /segwit2x save us from this happening again?
