B25CF710.BSS is the correct File for the BIOS update. I updated mine from USB stick. make sure and use the USB2.0 ports for this and not the USB3.0 ports
Test all your risers using the PCIe 16x slot one by one. Bad risers with bad soldering spots or slightly burnt can cause major problems.
You can try one card in the PCI16x slot and one in the PCI4x slot directly into the motherboard too without risers.
Get the BIOS updated though, select Mining mode and set PCI Gen2.0
Try to disable any unecessary Com ports/Audio etc in BIOS.
Make sure your WIndows 10 is Ver 1704. Use Windows 10 update assistant if it is not. Type winver in start menu to see your Build version.

after getting that problem fixed, I have a new problem: green screen of death.
