NovaExchange has done away with free voting and only the only way to get coin listed now is to pay listing fee and then buy points. Someone (which I believe is NOVA) is pumping the price of the points so that it will cost more to buy just to get listed.

Those who are looking to add their coins may want to look for another exchange that is fairly priced.

I think you are talking about this Novapoints https://novaexchange.com/market/BTC_NPOINT/

24h Volume: 0.564 BTC | 24h Change: 7.1%

I don't think we can call this a pump and also there is huge gap between ask and bid price.

Last price is 0.00011901BTC x 10 Npoints = 0.001BTC for one vote  Huh Around 4$ for one vote which is quite costly and I think exchange platform itself is pumping its price to get max out of it and might be few traders are taking this as opportunity to make good amount in short term by holding this Npoints.

Devs might pay 0.10BTC to get listed in yobit rather than going through all this process of costly voting.

Also they don't support ethereum based tokens

Novaexchange only supports coins based on Bitcoin or Litecoin at this point, but is working to support other coins aswell. We will announce when it is possible.
