 My solution is not having a television in my place. I only have a laptop and I'm into selective watching. I just download tv shows or serials that i would like to watch . For that reason, I'm not undergoing any of these stupid tv shows , news or problems.

i will say its better if you stay away from TV and news , they are only   ruin the peoples life, so try to be selective of what u see and what u hear

I consider that it is necessary not to watch TV, because there are a lot of unnecessary advertising that only reports negative and possibly even false information. In the modern world, movies can be watched without advertising on the Internet.
