Need help for new publication, how to add new coins on exchange?

I am an editor of caixin.com which is the chinese leading financial media. I post here is want to ask some help from you, so that I can complete my work of cryptocoin journalism.

I would like to know that how to list a new altcoin on the exchange, such as Bittrex, Poloniex, HitBTC, Bitfinex, YoBit. Therefore the new altcoin can be traded.
