I want to buy S9 antminer from bittec.eu but I have some doubts about the website. Have you ever bought something from the website or have you got any information about it? Thanks in advance.

You should not because the pages are like a big scam. Investing leding the emerging coin now like bcc, ucoincash and so on. And recently the indahash coin I bought hopefully it goes further than expected.
