I sent zcash from my poloniex account to other poloniex account and the status and confirmation complete but the zcash don"t sent to the other account
I made a ticket support but no reply

IMO transaction like this should be traded before you see that amount on receiving address. This thing happened few weeks ago on my account. But i dont know your case clearly. Maybe you can give more info to clarify the issue.

Yes and it looks like withdrawels are provided manually. Maybe they have technical or financial problems?

This is the fastest way on reaching them since their support system on the site do sucks bigtime. Reaching them on forum would somehow give you the chance on being catered regarding on your problem. Its quiet odd that transactions didnt credit in other poloniex account since the origin of those zcash is on the same site too. It should likely to be an instant transfer.
