i wonder if Total Market Cap on coinmarketcap includes Tether or not?

Its a token rather than an actual us dollar so its just an altcoin at heart as far as im aware so should be included

Yes the total market cap includes Tether, it's also an altcoin it's just that it's "backed" by US dollar

Yes tether is not different from other tokens, it just serves as a usd so it is included in total market cap. I also know some newbies invest in tether Smiley.
