How do coin exchanges on the dark web differ from regular ones found on the regular web? Are they shut down by cops vs the regular ones? Or do they both operate pretty much the same way? Do they both have more or less the same operating system like pc vs apple???  what kind of coin exchanges operate on the dark web?  can someone please tell me?  anyone???

Of course they are. Darkweb nets are not invulnerable and you will find these news commonly about police raids on darknet tumblers, exchanges, marketplaces - shutting them down.

They are more likely to use Linux distros here. Apple is shit when it comes to vulnerabilities for hackers and windows is also pretty vulnerable.
